We guarantee that diamonds from our stock were bought respecting the international agreements of the Process of Kimberley which was adopted by the European Commission in 2003 so that the diamonds can not be used to finance wars.

All diamonds proposed are 100% natural; our stones did not undergo any treatment.

All our diamonds are certified by laboratories of international reputation which are recognized by the people in the trade.

Your stone will be engraved with the laser process and will be recognizable easily thanks to an x15 magnifying glass.

All the shipments of jewels, diamonds and valuable stones are covered by the guarantee "refunding within 15 days ".
If for any unspecified reason you are not completely satisfied by your stone or your ring, simply call our customer service within the 7 days following the reception of the package.

Before returning your diamond or jewel, you must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) of our customer service. A particular packing will be also given to you.

The annual maintenance of your jewel is free, including: polishing, cleaning, checking of setting.

Appraisals which are made to update the value of your jewels are made at our offices and appraisals for insurance companies are also offered.
