Buying a diamond : Payment

We accept the following means of payment:

• Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD),
• Bank transfer,
• Bank drafts,
• C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)

A deposit of 30 % of the total will be asked for the orders of custom made jewels and stones.

The balance will be paid at delivery.

All orders by correspondance will only be sent after the cheque has been cashed.

Methods of VAT:

Citizens of the European Community:

Private individuals : the VAT (21%) is due and will be added to the invoice.
For all transactions taking place in France, a 19.6% VAT will apply; and a 21% VAT will apply for Belgium transactions.

Professionals (jewellers) : the sale price is VAT free, you must communicate your VAT number and the European Identification Number, NID.

Citizens not part of the European Community :

The sale is tax-free ; the buyer must have the documents related to the purchase stamped by the customs (at the airport) within three months following the transaction.

Delivery by air transport without VAT (VAT). You must get information from your local customs authorities to know the possible taxes of importation for your country.
