SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

For any mail order purchase, the shipping of loose stones and jewels is insured by our Company.

The expenses of shipping, with FEDEX, are also at our cost for all purchases upper to 1000 Euros. For the others amounts, a participation of 90 Euros will be chargeable to you and added to the invoice.

Your order will be taken into account at the latest 48 hours after you have sent the order. An email of confirmation will be addressed to you at once.

Diamonds and/or jewels will be sent to your address in a sealed packaging.
