Shipping and Insurance

For purchases by mail, all shipping of precious stones and jewelry is insured by our company.

The shipping by FEDEX is free for all purchases over 2,000 euros (incl tax)

For lesser amounts, a 90 Euro shipping fee will be added to the invoice.

Your order will handled within 48 hours following reception of the order. An email confirmation will be sent immediately.

Diamonds and jewelry will be sent in a sealed package.

In case of return of the stone or gem:

All items of jewelry, diamonds and precious stones are covered by the guarantee of repayment within 15 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your stone or your ring, simply call our customer service within 7 days of receipt of package.

Before returning the diamond or jewelry, you must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our customer service and special packaging will be sent to you.
