A 30% deposit will be required for orders of stones & custom-made jewellery.
The balance will be paid upon delivery.
Terms for VAT :
- Citizens of the European Community :
Individuals and jewellers : VAT is due and will be added to the invoice.
For all transactions taking place in France, 20% VAT will be applied ; for Belgium, 21% VAT will be retained.
Professionals and wholesalers (jewellers, outside France and Belgium) : sales are before tax. Be sure to give your VAT and European Identification numbers.
- Citizens who are not part of the European Community :
The sale is tax-free : the buyer must ensure that the documents relating to the purchase are stamped by customs (at the airport) within three months following the transaction.
Check with your local customs authorities for any import taxes that may apply.
